Music at Friends is a diverse concert series held at the Woodstown Friends (Quaker) Meetinghouse, 104 North Main Street in Woodstown, NJ. The mission of the series is to bring quality musical performances to our community while utilizing the beautiful setting and fine acoustics of our historic meetinghouse.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, the youngest of nine, Lisa took to timesharing her siblings’ guitars. Her high school orchestral instrument, the double bass, led her to Temple University, where she studied with Henry Scott, bassist with the Philadelphia Orchestra, and earned a Bachelor’s of Music in Performance.
Influences: Every thing she every heard, including Joni Mitchell, Carole King, James Taylor, Harry Chapin, Laura Nyro, Jim Croce, Cat Stevens, John Denver, Carly Simon and others!
Recently accepted into the Philadelphia Folksong Society’s Musical Artists Co-operative, Lisa has been leveling up her performances with the additon of keyboardist/percussionist Rich DeAngelis. Lisa performs at local Philadelphia venues such as The Fallser Club, The Kennette Flash, Jamey’s House of Music and the former listening room, The Living Room.

Poor Man's Gambit was formed in 2015 and hails from Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA. The trio has released 3 albums, completed two international tours, and has been noted as an increasingly popular Irish-American group.
Steeped in the arts of Irish cultural music and dance, PMG has been presenting a unique cross section of traditional and contemporary repertoire to audiences both stateside and abroad for over a decade. The band draws from Irish folk music's oral tradition by enhancing the listening experience with backstories and historical anecdotes that bind the music to the culture and people of Ireland. With two multi-instrumentalists in the line-up, and featuring fiddle, button accordion, guitar, bodhran, cittern, both male and female vocals, and dance, the band has been noted for their ability to offer several layers of musical depth in addition to refined musicality.

Led by Omar-Frederick Pratt, a Camden native with deep musical and performance roots, the group blends soulful vocals, heartfelt praise, and an uplifting message that resonates with audiences of all ages.
Drawing from Omar-Frederick’s background in music ministry and his passion for using song as a source of connection and encouragement, Devotion functions as both an ensemble and a spiritual musical collective. Together, they offer performances grounded in faith, hope, and community, sharing music that inspires worship and celebrates the power of devotion through song.

The Rob Roy Duo plays quiet, peaceful, contemplative music in the genres of popular music of the Renaissance era, Spanish-influenced South American Folk, Southern Italian Folk, and Celtic (Scottish and Irish) as well as a few contemporary pieces. Instruments include mandolin, mandola, piccolo mandolin, classical and steel-strung guitar and some hand-held percussion, as the pieces dictate.
